Overview
These datasets were used for the analysis of interologs between human and mouse in "Towards the mammalian interactome: inference of a core mammalian interaction set in mouse" (Chang Jin Shin, Melissa J. Davis and Mark A. Ragan, submitted to PROTEOMICS, 2009) The information is presented as tab-delimited files. Brief column descriptions are given below for each set; for further details see the README file.
